Shane Flaum decided to take a chance on an emerging niche
market. Shane established A Universal Connection
in 2000, his goal was to provide one on one audio/video
solutions for his customers in the comfort of their home
or business.
The business began with Shane working
out of the trunk of his car but he soon acquired a loyal
customer base that now supports a team of installers that
work 6 days a week.
